Gaza is the word, is the word...oh yeah...

And so the three of us being all girls, sisters and cousins, went to Amcorp mall to see the NSTP fund for Gaza charity fair. The hall was packed with people and artists trying to raise funds to help those in need in Gaza. It was packed with strollers, kids and yes it was one heck of a circus...but I can Imagine that people take it as a family outing too. The first person that I saw in the fair was the guy cooking above. He was sweating like mad there and I must admit that the air con was not cool enough to withstand the crowd.
Next was a bunch of TV3 hosts selling cakes from various hotels....mmmm...yummy...

I really can't remember their names but their looks were very similar. So in the name of charity i bought 2 slices of cakes at rm10 per piece....I would never buy if it were not for charity. Its way too expensive. Anyhow that's the only Item that we could afford there too. The cakes that bought is on the picture below. The one with the orange garnish, is the chocolate brownie and the one beside the chocolate banana, chocolate cheese.

Besides cakes there were also cupcakes that you could decorate your own, plus the guy selling it was doing some jingles while selling...

Besides that on the main stage, there were artists trying to auction off their clothes for a very reasonable price. Like Datuk Siti sold her dress for Rm500. I'm sure that when she bought it, it was worth thousands or she might got it for free.

This one belonged to the Late Sudirman.

I couldn't stay for very long so after I make sure that I seen everything, I went out. Finally got some air, then proceed to the DVD shop. To my surprise, shopping for DVD's in KL are far more pricey then Penang and Alor Setar. I still bought anyway since classical DVD's are very rare and I'll grab every opportunity that I can get. So I spent rm75 for 6 DVD's...*sigh*. The other thing I bought there are 2nd hand CD's at the flea market at the basement. Hehe, so called for charity, bought others stuff along the way. The CD's were Deutsche Grammophon and Decca label...So loving it since it only cost me RM20 per CD...yay!! so gone RM155 that day. I shall now not spend till I have too. Anyhow it was a great event and according to Sherilyn, there will be another charity for Gaza also at Amcorp mall 2 weeks from now. Should go and see it...
